I got mine this-afternoon really nice phone, it has a bigger screen than the 8100 and my old tx95c. It has a awsome camera and i got some cool photos, the zoom is cool and a very friendly GUI. Has nice menu's easy navagation and a overall friendly phone. Only down side is it is a bit fat but its worth it for the features.
Some people may say its ugly but it does the job and I really enjoy it. I will post some pics of it and the screen and menus on sunday for you all. If you have any questions feel free to ask i will do my best to answer them.
I own a webhosting company and when I get back to my house tommro I will make a bit page with lots of photos and videos from the phone then upload it to the server and post the link here so everyone can have access to it. If you have anything you would like on this page please let me know.

Its a great phone, I got one the day they came out.
Put a pic from it through my photo printer - came out slightly better than a pic from a 6225 Nokia.
Lots of nice features, Sanyo has definitley been taking notice of customer feedback from previous phones by the look of it.
I like the inbuilt answering machine, and being able to put a call on hold till I am ready to answer it.
Software is quick and responsive, and everthing laid out well, intuitive to use.
The TV advert does not do it justice - it distorts the shape - the real thing looks much better. Go in store and look at it before you decide its ugly. :-)
Excellent phone i got one today. Picture quality is great and appears to be above the 0.3mp of other phones. Video is onli 15-20secs which is dissapoiting but other than that its an excellent phone
