adam? how you talk to the head of each mobile company?

we are not the cheapest place in the world

in the US , T mobile has a plan for about 60$ NZ? i think , for as many texts , as many GPRS data , and email and wap you want.

i want that plan :)
hehehe

i hear vodafone will bring out new plans soon? when customers can choose to pick what they want?

maybe vodafone will match telecoms texting deal now> becuase how it changed?

it shouldn't really matter in the size... becuase the largest the cusomter base is the more support people it needs , the faster Message cetner servers etc....

more cusomters ... it cost more to run.

less cutomers cheaper to run.

so pricing shouldn't be as crazy as that.

what happen to the other company that owned GSM bands in NZ??? anyone know?
there website hasen't updated for so long.

Its easy to get hold of the heads of companies. You just ring up and ask for the Managing Director or whatever.

Well, someone in Chch is taking Telecom to the commerce comission, RE: Fair Trading Act. So far the CC says Telecom is in the clear tho.

I have friends who are crying about it, and trying to get everyone to sign the petition.......wtf do they expect that to do? Seriously.........

Also, doesn't txt bombing fall under Misuse of Telecommunications act or somesuch?

telecom could easily band bombers, is in the terms and conditions that you could get disconnected for misuse

I was just told by a friend that TV3 was talking about this subject on TV3 News at 6pm, and showing the images of some discussions going around on the internet - including this discussion here.

Anyone know people on Vodafone that send more that $100 text a month?

I've heard of prepay customers spending $200-$300 a month on texting!!

They should have a program you automaticly get disconnected if you send more than 6 txt's in a minutes because how can you write 6 proper messages in 10 seconds? even if its not permanent, you just have to ring them up or something until you can txt again, wouldnt be that hard

Another update on Stuff.

It seems TNZ may change some CAP rules to allow for more SMS/month under a new scheme.
