Hey guys,

My TiVo's HDMI port is broken and I was wondering if anyone has a spare part/broken TiVo I have/buy to get the working part out of it so I can get someone to replace my TiVo's broken HDMI port?

Actually, yes.

I've one with a dodgy board that I was going to remove the HDD from (new 1tb drive) and grab the remote as well. The rest is up for grabs.
