old3eyes: Mine died after 11 months and they're not enduser replaceable..
They are fairly easy to replace. You just use the utility called WinMFS to copy the software (and recordings if you want to) to the new drive. If it has completely crashed then you would need someone (like me) to provide a HDD image to write to your new drive. A set of Torx drivers are as cheap as $7.50 at Jaycar.
