I don't buy online from them as both their stores are very close to where I am in Auckland but they are fantastic people. No pushy sales tactics, reliable and honest.

I bought a pull-up 80" projection screen. The description on the website was a little dry, but accurate. The price was excellent. I decided to order it. The on-line ordering system was competent but unremarkable. After a couple of days a package arrived at my door. The item was precisely as described, which was exactly what I wanted.

I can't remember why I felt confident to order from them, but I was convinced all would be fine. And it was.

Ok thanks. Asking because something i was looking at was a lot much much cheaper than the next best price, but it appears to be a drop ship.

I've only bought cheaper items from them - batteries, a couple of modifiers - no issues and pretty good service.

Do you know if their Canon cameras are local stock or parallel imported?

Used to buy from ProGear, went into Photogear in Ponsonby to buy a new tripod ballhead as my 6D2 was too heavy for the one I had. Walked out of there resolving to only buy from there when I could.

Yes, I have bought a reasonable amount from them, but have always bought in-store so not familiar with their online experience sorry.
