Photoshop doesn't scale

Adobe plans to build in hDPI support in...sometime...

Unfortunately that's your answer until Adobe sorts it out.  

Adobe currently blames Microsoft.

Best bet is to run a lower resolution... :(

Yeah seems like that's it until adobe do something about their ability to scale for HiDPI displays which from reading a bit in the forums they are going to do but probably wont be backwards compatible so will require new versions of Adobe software to gain the ability
