rb99: If you google 'e mount compatible lenses' you get some quite interesting stuff - the first 'the wirecutter' article looked promising on a skim through.
Personally your twin lens kit plus 50mm looked fine to me as a start, though should point out that Joker97 obviously knows a lot more about this stuff than I do, I just don't have the money to graduate to the finer models in the lens / camera world.
And being an APS-C camera the 50mm lens is equivalent to a 75mm on a full frame camera anyway (multiplying by 1.5, as for the kit lenses as well, as I'm sure you know).
If you're in the mood you can probably find out a lot of stuff over the weekend before the sales finish. Or you can take you time (personally if there's one thing I'm good at, it prevarication), you'll be in time for the next sale and have some new models to think about anyway.........
