beachgeek: Good app, I would definately use it. It would be real good at Massey University in Albany which is my local.
jmumby: You pay when you pick up at the moment. I am sure if you we a regular customer they would set up some sort of credit system. As for your order, they could just yell out your order number when it was ready. I think it works as much for the retailer as for you so systems could be put in place.

wmoore: But as I said before you still have to wait in line to pay for your coffee, all you have done is taken out the girl behind the counter taking your order. Now of course they could set up an express lane, but then that means extra staff etc.
Now on the other if it had online payment or self service NFC in the store, then it would work much better.
robjg63: Its pretty cool - I reckon it would be a popular system - I'd probably use it - I think you may be on to a winner there!
Though you might want to run a spell checker over it just as a tidy up.
"You don't need a complicted computer systems" = "You don't need complicated computer systems"
on the front page.
It's funny how superficial things like typos and grammar errors make things look a little less professional - sorry if I am being picky
Hope to see it in a shop near me soon....
richms: My experience with online apps for ordering (once you _know_ what you want) is that they are slower.
Saying "triple shot short black" or "triple shot mocha in a mug" is a lot quicker than pecking thru many screens that probably have a loading time between them.
Worst would have to be dominos site or app, but as I usually dont know what I want and am using it like a menu then I tollerate its arse-ness and frequent failures to actually order. Hint is to screenshot the order so when it fails and you have to call up you can remember what you wanted ;)
