This question is about running different types of cable in a house. I realise I need to keep power separate but do the rules apply to speaker, coax and cat cables? Can those run together without any major issues? And is running 6 cat cables together in a bunch ok? Thanks.

The higher voltage and current driving through a power cable can create crosstalk issues in nearby cables. If those nearby cabes use low voltages, the interferance becomes more significant and can cause roportiaionally greater troubles.

So yes separate the power by 30cm if you can, but others can be bundled. Commercial building network cables are tightly bundled together in places. Bundling any low power cables together is generally fine.

Running any kind of network cables together in a bunch is perfectly ok.

If you plan on running other cables with Mains/power cables they must all be rated at 240v, or be run separated.
