A house on my cul-de-sac, Churton Park near Johnsonville in Wellington, went for sale.
It's inexpensive by Wellington standards, in the 400's, and one of the lowest crime neighbourhoods.
So I guess the real estate agents, thought "hey, this house's is going to sell no matter what I do, so might as well do just the minimum."

Two pictures! One of the front, and one of the kitchen. The house was/is a rental, and mostly empty of furniture. It was tidy enough to photograph every room.
They totally neglected the beautiful view, of a horse pasture in the hills below, both in the ad and during the open house.
During the open house, I wandered through with almost no interaction. I felt like a shopper in a clothing store with bored teenage help.
I know it's typical of house sales nowadays, but a price range in the ad would be nice.
Definitely not going to use Guardian First National when I sell my house.
