That is marketing nonsense, where they incorrectly use the charge termination voltage as the nominal. Nominal is 3.7V or 3.8V per cell (3.2V or 3.3V for LiFePO4). That marketing nonsense is one of the reasons why IATA specify Wh thresholds for air freight instead of Ah, and lately cells get labelled (by cell manufacturers) in Wh.

Did the OP want cordless? If is not specified in the title or the first post. I'd go for a wet and dry shop vacuum. At work we have a Worx branded one form Supercheap Auto (or is it Repco?) for cleaning up our mechanical lab including metal swafs from the mill and lathe. It sucks well, got lots of power as it is designed to suck up water.
