Any ducted air heating companies near you?  There is a 200mm vent here

I bought my stuff from http://www.mingfans.co.nz who is just down the road from work.  They sell on TradeMe as well.  Ventilation is what they do, including industrial.  I'm sure you'll find there what you need, or ask them.  BTW their acoustic duct works well for me.

You can never have enough Volvos!

Have a look at this site.     www.simx.co.nz  I think that it is the company that used to be called Securimax. Look at the commercial section under return air diffusers. 200mm eggcrate is available and you will also need a plenum box for the back of it to fit the duct onto it. Your local Ideal branch should be able to get them for you. I was the heating-ventilation manager for Rexel/Ideal South Island before I retired eight years ago but the above should still be current.

Thanks guys - can't find on their websites but have emailed both. My neighbour's an electrician, says he's sure he's seen them around, he'll poke around for me too.
