yes i've had a moisture test done before. a guy had a meter and waved it aroumd the house.  

 

 

 

i didn't buy the house.  

it doesn't neccessarily mean it's a PROBLEM. is a missing nail a problem you must disclose to everyone who walks through the door? what about a scratch on the wall that a building inspector discovered? or a comment on the report that a door that is not an original door. or that there MAY be a something behind a washing machine. or that there is moisture. which one of these is a PROBLEM that must be disclosed?

  any property lawyer out there?  

yes if an inspector has diagnosed leaky home syndrome i would consider that a PROBLEM that must be disclosed in the form of:  

house for sale, water tightness issue etc etc  

so i have a cough. do i have cancer?
