networkn: I'd be temped to go to free standing if we had to consider redoing our cabinetry.
I'd love a unit that did GAS/Induction on the top and a 60cm oven with a warming drawer. I imagine that would cost billions!
Yes - I'd like gas/induction combo - but haven't seen any solution in a free-standing oven. Benchtop, then you could use separate 2/3 burner hobs.
Induction has a lot going for it, but the flaws totally kill it as a sole solution IMO.
