Although it's never advertised there is a larger 405 litre version of that fridge. I think many people in New Zealand buy fridges too small for their usage.

Check the "required" clearances when buying a fridge as it differs greatly between models and a short clearance could be used to claim an invalidation of the warranty.

I have the 405 of this Mitsubishi can confirm it exists and is great value for money.

One issue that has occurred to myself and the only other person I know with this fridge - the vegetable drawer ruins produce by freezing it. It design is it draws cold air out of the freezer and circulates it around the outside of the veg drawer - and some machines simply get the the veg drawer too cold. Too much cold air at once, or too frequently running air circulation cycles??

The "solution" provided by the manufacturer is to raise the temperature of the freezer until the veg drawer remains above 0degC.

My veg drawer now works perfectly, but my freezer is several degrees too warm for my liking. Soft icecream :(

Good advice on the clearances. I chose my 375L fridge because it fits in an alcove with the recommended clearance.
