@Timmay. I'll help do some basic plans to get you started. I can export them as DWG's or PDF's or whatever, which you can then edit in your software of choice later if you want to. You will have a PM shortly.

I'm another SketchUp user.  You can do floor plans and 3D models.

@Disrespective has kindly offered to do a SketchUp model for me, from my hand drawn diagram. This is in addition to loaning me a phone for a few weeks a few years back to try out Android. I owe you two now! :-)

I generally use Sweet Home 3d for mocking up ideas and floor plans.
