Aw man... Now I'm going to be up all night looking at BangGood. Ordered some power plotters so far for security cameras and some sticky cable tiedowns

Just I few items I have purchased:

Really cheap and powerful torch

Best lightning cable I have ever used

Awesome mini quadcopter

I try to only buy things that can't burn the house down.

Rich how is the rear view mirror camera monitor?

Its just like 2 of the other ones stuck in a single mirror, Each has 2 inputs that have one taking priority over the other one. Its a little weird to use as a mirror because of the tint, but I dont use the internal mirror much anyway when driving. When it is really bright it can be a little hard to see the picture on it, but I have it for the falcon that I tow with which is reasonably dark inside anyway. If you have a convertable then they would be useless.

Most of them do, as its not seen the same way as it is in NZ. However those cheap toys for $4 with free shipping are great to send to people at their work addresses. One of them arrived and the package stank so badly of "new car smell" from the plasticisers in the jelly plastic that I dont think anyone in their right mind would want to use the product for its intended purpose.

Sam.

Are those torches as good as they claim? I saw them a while ago and dismissed them as over-hyped. Might have to have another look.

Thanks for the lightning cable link.

Cheers.

Not home, but car... near enough?

Original Xiaomi ROIDMI Car Charger Bluetooth 4.0 FM

I just received this and it's excellent... my car doesn't have BlueTooth, and the Audio line-in is inside the glovebox (How stupid is that, Ford Mondeo). Finally I can conveniently play music from my phone! And charge my phone.

Get a Ground Loop Isolator. Either from your favourite overseas supplier or jaycar.co.nz. Jaycar have one with 3.5mm socket and plugs fitted. Works well.
