Thanks KK. I had a whole room re-lined, gibbed, and painted a couple of years back as well, I should pull out that price.

For the work thats involved I'd say thats a fair price. It will require 2-3 visits for the wall the dry after the old paper has been removed and then for the sealer to dry. 

You could go the cheaper option if you wife wants to give painting ago otherwise pay the full amount and you can sit with a cup of tea and watch!
