When we had a flood (water pipe failure), Our insurance company (State) sent out a commercial cleaning company (Jay's) ASAP with commercial sized fans and dehumidifiers to dry the house.

They lift carpets to dry under them, and take away rug's and mats to dry at their premise. They use moisture detectors to check the moisture content in walls etc, and relay, and commercially clean affected carpet once it is dry.

Pretty good service.
