The restrictor plastic just pushes out if you need to use it as a joiner. Wasn't there a valve with red handle on the cold side already?

Sell your house and move into another that doesn't have this issue.

My first ever AM radio network connection was with a 1MHz AM crystal(OA91) radio receiver.

The red valve has been moved to the hot side and a blue valve fitted to the cold side... another fix.
