OK, after checking out that video, decided I go the easy route. It will take me at least half a day to disassemble & assemble, not worth the hassle for a 15yo car that's almost end of life. Going to buy a piece of rubber and glue it around it: https://pararubber.co.nz/product/acoustic-foam-50-x-50cm/

Haha fair enough, I was thinking about the DIY foam/rubber solution myself to be honest. It's just to cut down the engine noise in the cabin really.
