k1w1k1d:

I assume that the beekeeper destroyed the nest?

beekeepers generally do not carry insecticide around with them, otherwise they risk accidently spilling it and getting it on their gear and end up killing their own hives.

CYaBro: If they’re going in and out from under the deck in that location just get some of the wasp powder and sprinkle some there. It will stick to the wasps and they’ll carry it into the nest.
Wait until night time to do it and there shouldn’t be any activity.
You’ll probably have to do that a number of times over a few days and just keep an eye on the activity of the wasps coming and going until it stops.

Update: So I followed this advice and it worked thanks CyaBro. We had one entrance and I used the Kiwicare wasp powder a couple of times. Will keep an eye on it and put powder down again but so far all good. I also like the hose idea from tweake but it is a large area so feel it will not be effective, will try it though if needed.

I sued to sort out wasps with carbaryl.  Sprinkle at the entrance (after the hours of daylight) they'll walk it into the hive which kills the whole hive.

But please careful with carbaryl.  It's a fine powder that is dangerous to inhale.  A respirator and gloves are best to handle it.
