Yes last year I ordered the wrong cable, and used their system to request a change in part number. They contacted my to ask if I wanted a refund or store credit for the balance. I asked for a refund and they did so. I used Paypal to pay.

Thanks, I've cancelled the whole order. I figure given the price of stuff it's probably pretty cheap and nasty. I ordered one bulb on ebay, also cheap and probably nasty, and may resort to wiring in an inline dimmer ($60) and putting a metal reflector inside the lamp to make most of the light bounced.

Why not just get a really low wattage incandescent bulb?? Like a fridge or oven bulb? They are around, I have them in low powered lamps at home. 15w or 10w I think.

Yeah I checked they do have them, I have to get around to going into the lightbulb man some time.
