Thanks Skolink. I ended up deciding to move my older 7KW heat pump to the kitchen, which will cost up to $900, then putting the largest Fujitsu Nocria unit at 8-10KW into my lounge. The current lounge unit is a bit undersized for the space but is heaps for the kitchen, this will put the most efficient, highest capacity heat pump where it'll be best used.
