A range may plug in but hobs and ovens are fixed.

Friend sold his house and they wanted the fridge as part of the sale. Was a nothing special samsung but I can see the point if you want to move house and not want to worry about having nowhere to move your food to.

Again, not always true.
There is nothing to stop these from being plugged in and taken by the owner.

It may not be usual but it can be doe, just remove the items from the Chattels .

main different is oven needs to be removed from a agreement and signed by both party, a fridge needs to be added to the agreement and signed by both party - oven are a default item in a sale, and needs to be in working order or removed and the buyer signs that they know the oven not going to be there.

You can add what ever you want to a sale agreement - we was kicking our self for not adding the sheep to the lifestyle block we bought - hard to buy sheep in july. Also have asked for a dinning table before in the pass, but like anything, both side need to agree to it before it stay in.
