Holy crap Aucklander! That's TERRIBLE!

This is why I'm so freaked out every time I have to hire a tradesperson I don't know.

My replacement builder (young guy replacing my retired builder) was terrific but he buggered off to build 'pole buildings' only and I'm trying to get a rotten conservatory taken off and a small roof put there instead and the soonest I can get a guy is July and he's the only guy I can find even willing to think about it.

Getting a builder is a nightmare.

I finally took that nail out.
