An update. After sending 3 emails not responded to, we sent $150 in full and final payment and then he threw a fit demanding the full payment making a bunch of silly claims about travel etc etc. We calmy went back and disputed his account of events saying the only reason he had to come back a second time was to get the tools he had left behind and we wouldn't pay for that, that the job had taken more than 6 weeks to complete and he had been paid for all the work he had done and a travel charge and the washers. We haven't heard since.
