Glassboy: Given the age it's possible it has the black pipes that fail.
I think it is very likely it has that faulty black plumbing, as it looks to be a 70's 80's house where that was installed a lot. Otherwise the photos of the house make it look like a different house, and it is a very simple design and roof, so I can't see what else could be leaking unless some roof flashing need replacing, or there is a hole in the roof. But it is a very simple cheap sort of construction.
