Going to have a look at Bunnings this morning. Still prepared to get a decent one. The cross platform batteries are an idea too.
DataCraft: Where are you based? I have a electric ryobi lawn mower that I purchased last year if u want a demo on how she cuts.

DataCraft: By electric I meant battery powered. I have the one + 2X 18v battery powered model. Reason I went with that is because I already own a 18v weed trimmer and wanted the same battery pack and charger for both. Very clever marketing by ryobi because once u make the investment on the batteries and charger u are hooked on them for the rest of your powertools. My drill is also ryobi lol.
Jase2985: @DataCraft @blakamin
how do you find the 2x 18V one+ mower? what batteries are you using with it and how long do you get from it?
im considering one but want/need user experiences first
