Something I just found out, you do NOT have to let them take photos of any personal belongings without consent. The idea of photos is for damage only. They can take photos of walls etc, but if they want a full room photo, thats not on without your consent. Why they do this every 3 months is basically lazyness IMO. In the old days they use to check for damage, now they just whizz through with an ipad.

Because they charge for each inspection. 3 months means more income.
