Firefox 38 can now stream DRM content using HTML5 tags - this includes Netflix.

Go update it and uninstall Silverlight if you have problems with it.

Yea, except it doesn't work correctly. Getting DRM errors when using FF38 on Netflix (I don't have Silverlight installed). Maybe they need to update something on their end?

Interesting on my work machine (which is pretty old), IE11 still dominates Firefox and Chrome for HTML5 video on youtube anyway....

It's not clear whether IE11 is using using the 30fps source instead of the 60fps though.

Chrome dropping those frames!
