Before I log a support ticket, anyone have any ideas. The neon circles go round and round and I can see some bandwidth moving and it just stops and the x in top left corner dissapears.

I have unotelly DNS off and set to auto on the machine.

Have you got an ad blocker turned on? Have you tried a different browser?

I am having a similar issue using Neon with Chrome on Xubuntu 14.04 LTS. Flash 18 built-in. I get the coloured circles, appears to buffer, but doesn't load.

I do not use Unotelly or any other VPN service. Re-installed Chrome. No Adblock. Does work on Galaxy Android app but 4.5in screen isn't ideal.

Neon's FAQ suggests a 'known issue' with Chrome but does not offer any solution except to make sure Flash is up-to-date. Difficult to try any other browser as Firefox limited to Flash 11.2 on Linux.

Any ideas?

It is now working on Firefox with Flash 11.2. Not working on Chrome with Flash 18. Go figure.
