Anybody know how to watch a HD stream of the All Blacks games online?
Previously I've streamed them for free, in pretty crappy quality, but would rather sign up for an overseas service and watch in 720p or full HD if possible.
Happy to set up a VPN and pay for the service, I just don't know if it's possible, and if so, who offers live streams of the games.

Cheers

Possibly UK's NowTV (provided by Sky) might carry All Blacks on their Sport option, which is GBP 6.99 for a day or 10.99 for a week. No contract required. I think UnoTelly unblocks them. You'll probably need a UK address and phone number to sign up and I'm not sure what payment methods they'll accept.

I know there was talk recently of Sky NZ offering a stand-alone online sport subscription service, which I would be quite interested in if it carried the cricket and rugby.

With an unblocking service like Unotelly, you will be able to access ITV's official free live streaming. I don't know if it's HD, but it's likely to be better quality than anyone else free.

I remember looking at a post on the apple Geekzone forum that mentioned a Canadian service that showed Super 15 and NPC, I'm guessing they would show the All Blacks too.

Sky TV have 'fan pass' but like all things sky, it's crazy expensive and only does super rugby, not all blacks.

Closer in, there may be a local streaming option setup. I recall when soccer went from Sky to whoever it was, Sky did arrange extra content late in the piece. Not suggesting Sky will or could do that with the RWC, but someone may buy a licence to stream locally, and then run a pay option for the period. Technically complicated, no, commercially, I expect so. As Joker said, 6 months Sky is cheaper, maybe Sky will stream for what will appear to be an expensive price, but thats ok for a short term option IMO
