Does anyone know a workaround to get iHeart radio via an internet radio device?

My partner's favourite radio station is Mix which is an iHeart station

We have an Onkyo NR-609 Network receiver (ethernet connection), which can play internet radio (PLS, M3U and RSS). I have the latest firmware (Sep-2013) installed.

The station wasn't available as a preset option under vTuner.   I was able to add the URL to the My Favourites list via the internet interface, but it doesn't launch when selected.  There is no error message, nothing seem to happen at all

Current work around is to Chromecast from the iHeart app, but the sound quality is poor (tinny) compared to direct streaming other stations.  I guess thats the difference between WiFi streaming vs wired streaming
