Hi, I just received an email from itunes (I've never had one before so I cant tell how legit it is).

It's a confirmation email for a sub I never bought.

I also do not have any payment info loaded into my Apple account.

What, if anything, should I do? Your advice would be most appreciated.

I'm not sure if I should be panicking or not.

Thank you.

KF

No.

The sender email address is not even from Apple: @qtnet.ne.jp.

That link "Manage / Refund Subscription" won't even be going to the Apple website. It's just a phishing attempt - someone wants you to click a link enter your Apple password and that's when you are had.
