We've had Disney+ on MiBox for ages. The past week or so it won't stay logged in, we have to log it in every day, which is a PITA with an on-screen keyboard and my USB keyboards aren't working on it. You're meant to be able to launch the app on a phone and it logs the MiBox in, but that doesn't work.

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions for a solution?

To be fair this never worked for me even on a Fire TV either...

I called Disney Plus today. After having me restart everything including my router they told me there's a known issue with D+ in Australia and NZ that is making it difficult for some people to log in and logging some people out. They're working on it and hope to have it fixed in the next week or two.

I am getting a message about not being able to connect to Disney+ on Mi Box and iPhone (WiFi and mobile data). Has been that way since Friday at least.

I get the logging out issues when I haven’t paid the bill.

NZ Disney+ is down, so logged out and switched to US and it works fine on my iPhone.

I have found a workaround... when Disney+ wants you to log in press and hold the Mi Box remote power button, restart, run Disney, Google Smart Lock will usually sign you back in. I don't know why, I have just tried this a couple of times and it's worked both times.

Yeah it's still doing it here too, on the Mi Box and Amazon Fire tablet. Sometimes the restart trick works, sometimes not. It's a bit annoying.
