What is the word on Fluxus IPTV? Is it legal or not? I can't seem to find any information on that.

Fluxus is just a compiled m3u playlist of streams from various sources.

Many of their streams are not from "legit" sources, a big list, however thousands of them are dead links. Its not well maintained
