Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time" 14 volumes is being released by Prime Video as a series. Season 1 being released on 14th November 2021.

I have this series of books and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Think Game of Thrones epic.

I saw this pop up as a "coming soon" and know nothing about it, but the cast looks good.

Edit: having just seen the trailer, I'd say it looks more "Lord of the Rings" than "Game of Thrones". Does look good, though.

Thinking of epic book series like; Wheel of Time, Game of Thrones, Foundation etc I would love an adaption of Anne McCaffrey's "DragonRiders of Pern" to made. Wētā Workshop could do their Avatar magic for the dragons. The series comprises of 23 novels and several short stories. Since her death in 2011 her son Todd McCaffrey is carrying on the series. At the moment I believe Warner Bros have the film rights since 2014.
