Might try getflix.

at least its only $14AUD (for the bathurst race).  I'm probably going to have to gamble as well.

Hmmm, that's what I've been using all this year. I've had a few issues, like the video not playing (only displaying 1 frame), and the website showing http 500 server errors but these are possibly more related to the website?
I've never seen any error about the stream being geo-blocked or not available in NZ.

I asked unblock-us and they said it wasn't supported - but it wasn't last year either and I happily streamed it.

Chances of a FTA off D2 sat directly are looking grim this year too with everyone moving to different transports :(

Will isky or the V8 stream be better quality wise?

I assume isky will have a few ads but the v8stream will be uninterrupted?
Which one will be in HD?

Unblock US is not working for me this year on V8 Supercars site.

Last year streamed fine with Unblock US and signed up with my NZ Post Youshop address.

Just paid the $14 AU now thinking would be same as last year. But stream keeps saying cant stream as im in NZ/Aussie.

Might have to try the Getfix 14 day trial just so I can watch this year.

EDIT: Yep works fine on Getfix. Think ill swap permanity from Unblock US if it no longer supports the V8's

surely if tv3 buys the rights they will earn back the money in advertisement alone!

in Australia there is a ?law if an Aussie is involved free to air is obliged to stream live telecast.

Enjoy the race everybody! I've gone off V8SC the last few years, gardening weekend for me. This weekend covers F1, GP2, Moto3, Moto2, and MotoGP so I am stoked.
