Netflix iOS app now available in NZ App Store. Doesn't come up when you search for it but the link below should take you there.

Yep, just downloaded it, but can't log in yet. Hoping it'll show up on my Panasonic PVR or Sony home theatre hub soon, too. My Apple TV is set to US but I'm curious to see what Australasian content we can get.

The iOS app has a Chromecast/Airplay like icon in the top right. If you hit it then Netflix launches on your smart TV if it has the Netflix app. I have a Samsung smart TV and my friend is seeing the same on his LG smart TV.

This is a very nice touch. Unsure if it's smart TV's on your network only or other devices.

With regards to hardware this is the kind of thing that will set it apart from lightbox and the like from day one in my opinion.

Doers it need you to be an xbox subscriber to use it though?
