lchiu7: What I don't  like about Hulu is their audio stream. Both Netflix and Amazon offer Dolby Digital+ 5.1 whereas as far as I am aware, Hulu still only offers stereo audio. It comes across as AAC on my Roku whereas Netflix and Amazon light up the DD+ light on my receiver.

I also don't get why Hulu is only AAC but I live in Hope one day of a change :)

Was wondering if there would be any problems when it comes to paying for Hulu if we ever get it ? At the moment we have Netflix and we pay for it just fine (touch wood) with an ASB credit card but I've seen other threads about the trouble people sometimes have paying for this kind of (US) stuff, so just though I would enquire....

I have in the past had no problem with paying for hulu. I only gave up on it because of the quantity of ads on it. $4 is a bargain to not get nagged at. If that saves a total of 10 mins over a month its already good value, but it should save way more than that time wise over watching ads.

Sounds promising. Will give the trial a go and see what develops.....

Cool! Upgraded! This just show how much people prefer ad-less material this days..
