Funnily enough, Fanpass works fine for me if I'm watching it on my iPhone/iPad but as soon as I airplay it, it becomes buggy and wants to buffer every so often. It's the only service I have issues with Airplay on. I've recently been watching US Netflix via airplay without an issue.

How odd! I'm airplaying from an old iPad 3 to an ATV4 without issue. Hanging out for Fanpass to make an app for the ATV, though. One less device to have to deal with.

When Lightbox and Fanpass come out with Apps for the ATV4, I'll upgrade me ATV3.

Cricfree.sx?

ohk...I'm guessing the site isn't strictly kosher!

last time I tried a free site the screen was obscured by dodgy ads that you couldn't remove unless you clicked on them.

Is this site okay from that point of view?

The Super Rugby is live on Watch ESPN plus all the weekend games are advertised as well, if you can get access to it.

It might be time to get rid of my Sky subscription.

I had a look at sling tv, but the website wasn't working properly - does it even exist currently?

yes, you need to access with either a vpn or dns service. got my subscription US$20, which gives access to espn and espn2, plus espn 3 which is their online only stuff which super rugby is on, all of which can be accessed from the watchespn app on iOS or apple tv, and i assume android. has the super rugby games on demand, don't know how long they will stay up for though.

of course with sling tv you also get access to the other channels they offer too, not bad. now if only they had an apple tv app, wouldn't have to use airplay mirroring from my iPad.
