Amosnz:

I've registered, quickly tested out a couple of WRC vids.  I'm going away for 5 weeks at the end of the month so will definitely be testing the 'suspend subscription' feature.

A search on Google Play didn't show the Spark Sport app from desktop or phone, i had to use the link from Neil above to install.

That'd be because its hard coded with no space. 'Sparksport' My store found it fine. Or you use the apps from this devloper on any other

Always interesting when the first reviews on any new app is from people directly related to the company/app/service:

Tested it this morning.

on Laptop and iPhone, and Android.

I noticed on my laptop the video was crystal clear, but juddering along on second monitor, it may have been laptop struggling, but cant say I have notice it while watching YouTube or Netflix on the second display.

I noticed i could stream two feeds at once :-) neat haha  Click to see full size

I also noticed on Android there was no duration bar to move time of video once moved to horizontal. At least on my Note 8 anyway.

haha. I was expecting some nice indian/russian fellow to say it was awesome. I didn't link them to any in particular but thought it was odd for them to 5* so early before a live experience can even be experienced

I stand corrected! it shows with both, but the results for with a space is about 3 pages of scroll down for me, no space, it was the 3rd record! Jiggery voodoo based on trends no doubt.

Very true. The feedback here seems pretty good though. Chromecast from my iPads is very Sky Sport like, so I'm very happy with that

Disclosure, yes I do work for Spark

Using IPhone app, seems pretty good so far.

I couldn’t find a schedule though for what’s on in the app?

May have missed it?

At this stage just interested at looking at the NBA TV schedule to see what live games are being shown.

@networkn:

Not available on Android..

/me facepalms.

Regardless of the beta announcement, it seems there is indeed an Android app available at launch as per previous replies and the launch release.

Thanks for letting me know. It's an interesting turn around. Positive hopefully.

the team worked very hard to getting the andriod up in time, i personally was heavily pushing andriod is needed.

I'm overall quite impressed with it.

I think that was a good result. Well done.

I'll have a look at it a little later.

On the free trial. Watching NBA TV on the Android app at 1920x1080p 6Mbs via WiFi. looks crisp. Nice so far.

It looks very impressive :)

I've been comparing Sky to it a ton, Sky quality makes me want to cry compared.
