geekiegeek: Actually I just had another go with the supplied adaptor and its all working fine. No smoke.

Still working ?:) I did a bit of digging and not sure but it looks like Roku also rated the R3 at 110v only but it works fine at 240v with an adapter.

Received my Roku 4 and am looking for the best way to power it.  So to be clear, people are using the Roku4 supplied Power adapter labeled 100-120V on our 220/240V supply and its working fine?

I was going to go an purchase the following http://www.jaycar.co.nz/Power-Products-Electrical/Plugpacks/DC-Output/SWITCHMODE-MAINS-ADAPTOR-12VDC-2-5A/p/MP3490

I'm having trouble getting Vudu working on my Roku4. It just sits there"Loading" when I start the Vudu app never gets past this.

Is it working for others?

I have a Edge router lite and use the host file from Dns4me for all unblocks.
Netflix, Amazon video and Hulu seem fine.

EDIT: Solved it, just disabled and re-enabled the service via the dns4me user console.
