ISP is Slingshot, netflix US, I can use a VPN, but as it's still working, I haven't needed to yet :)

Are you sure you aren't just seeing Netflix NZ?

Oh good spotting, I look like an idiot now.  I (incorrectly) assumed that it was US because the URL didn't change to netflix.co.nz and nothing appeared any different.  Now that I've done some research, I can see House of Cards isn't there, and that the support number is an 0800 number.  Shows how much I use it lol.  

Sorry for dredging up an old thread for no reason everyone :)

No problem. You will need to get a DNS or VPN if you want those programs (and Longmire Season 4 is on Netflix US now).
