imjohn: Looks great and works great. So great work and a cool feature.
But i think the contest page is a little confusing.

Are you planing to integrate with other dns / vpn services then uno-telly? I don´t like unotelly. What about unblockus, overplay or stremr.tv ?

Kindest regards
John

Hello John,

Unfortunately the ability to change Netflix region on Filmefy website will be possible only for UnoTelly users. However, Filmefy can still help you find where the content you want to watch is available. Then, you can change your Netflix region on the panel page of your DNS provider.

Is there a trick to getting this to work? I'm a Unotelly user and use Filmefy, but can't integrate my Unotelly account. Should I use the same login for Filmefy, or a different one?

Hello,

You will just need to link your UnoTelly and Filmefy accounts in order to switch Netflix regions directly on Filmefy website.

To do that:

  1. Login with your filmefy account at https://www.filmefy.com
  2. Click on "My profile" at the top right of your screen.
  3. Click on "Connect your UnoTelly account" and follow the process.
  4. Done!

Let me know if you need help.

TeaLeaf: filmefy what manjina posted is what ive been on about with the squished icons.

ive tested extensively and have found this to only occur on firefox on both windows and osx. ive used opera, chrome, safari, IE, firefox.

if you refresh the page the icons go to the correct size.

another problem occuring. sometimes you will have loaded up a set of filters, then you will add another and it deletes one of the others, happens a lot with the "numbers per page" filter, but happens with them all.

Thank you for your feedback TeaLeaf. Taking care of the bug!

Came across this thread and went and tried Filmefy and its brilliant!!

I had wondered if there was anything out there to do that.... will now make life so much easier and can watch what I want when I want more easily...

When my subscription runs out for Un-block Us (did a 12 month one) will switch to unotelly so that I can switch countries and regions automatically.

Cheers.....

what do you mean switch automatically?

another fault ive found filmefy, tv series showing up when movie filter is selected. this could be a unotelly meta data issue im not sure but its random. it is also annoying that stand up comedy shows are listed when movie only is selected in the comedy genre.

Filmefy doesn't seem to like Firefox.....

We've got some great news guys! Fimefy iOS app has been released! You can now search for TV and movie titles then switch Netflix regions straight from your iPhone. You can get the new app here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/filmefy/id1027421182?mt=8

*We are still working to release the Android app. In the meantime, if anyone wants to use our beta android app, pm us here at Geekzone and we will send you the APK.

Feature Request

Can you please add a filter for resolution? I'd love to be able to search for 4K content.

Thanks

just popping this one out there but is it possible to combine search filters ?

for example kids movies, sci fi, rated PG or less ?

we were searching for a film for our young adults and they said they wanted..

"fun action movie"
"sci fi"
"for kids aged 10 - 13"

this would filter out all the under 5 movies or tinkerbell ....

just a thought.

Previously I asked if we could set an email alert for when a movie or TV series comes available on Netflix somewhere in the world.

Any progress on this feature?

If it's too hard to get an exact match with the movie title, you could use a wild card.

Hello there!

Filmefy seems like it's going to be very helpful, alas whenever I search and try to watch a movie I'm taken to a Netflix page saying it's not available to stream, only to rent the DVD.

I'm not interested in the dvds, can I filter that a way some how?

Example:
https://www.filmefy.com/movie/exmachina:2015/Ex-Machina?iqt=Ex-machina%20&muk=exmachina:2015

Thanks!
Jeremy

Yes, I was just coming back to edit my post to say all I get is a blank screen. No error messages or anything.
