Lostja: Practice 1 OD on Chromecast, there is something wrong with the volume but at least I found some content to watch after skipping part I don't know how long of Sky test screen and a continuous beep. Not a great experience..

I just tested this based on your post. It starts from the start. Plays, volume is normal. What platform are you watching on? I was on an iPad but tested this just now on a Mac laptop, Safari. All fine

Thanks, I'm on Android and a second gen Chromecast cheers

Is there a lag between audio and video? The bundle pit at turn 3 wasn't synced on my stream

Casting live from Android to CC Ultra and all flawless (including av sync as far as I can tell) currently.

FP2 seemed to be all good. Im liking that when the dead air F2 logo pops up, yet just for a few seconds, and it goes back to live commentary. I assume these are ads, but we now dont have a dead air period, nice work.

We are consistently working hard during live events to improve and in some cases fix little nuances and quirks that come with providing a live broadcast as an OTT such as ad slating etc, particularly from feeds designed and created by a terrestrial broadcaster such as Sky UK. We will continue to optimize processes in order to further improve the experience

Don't know if it's just me but I did several pauses and skips in both Practice sessions today (a few seconds at a time). Not the end of the world, but annoying at the wrong time. Also, notice regular dropped single frames (noticed as a slight jerky motion). I don't believe it's my setup, I7 PC connected to the router by Gigabit Ethernet and spark 100/20 UFB connection. This is not the end of the world but it would be great if they could sort this. Don't have this issue with any other streaming service (including live sports).

Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, but can I use the Spark Sport app overseas? I will be in the USA the day the RWC starts and on the road for three weeks, just want to check if that it is available - can't find anything online to answer my question currently.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Pretty sure it will be geo-locked (in line with their exclusive NZ (only) rights). So that is a No (A VPN to NZ may work).

Just received the You'll be moving onto our $19.99 monthly subscription email with effect from tomorrow. So I'm guessing they are out of Beta? Surely they wouldn't try and change me for a Beta Service?

Surely your not silly enough to think they will give you free service month after month when the pay millions for sports rights, wake up and smell the coffee mate.

I never said that I wasn't prepared to pay, but I never saw any comms saying they were no longer in Beta. Could do without the patronising remarks.

the point they are making is why should people be paying for a service thats still in Beta testing?

fair enough having to pay once its in production but at the moment its not really the done thing

Nord VPN with an end point in NZ doesn't work.

they may have other servers with different addresses that could work
