The last IP address shown in the tracert is an Amazon server which matches up with the nslookup non-authoritative answer name description and IP address. The IP address given in the first part of the nslookup belongs to RimuHosting here in NZ. I'm guessing one of four scenarios is occurring:

1. an error on the Amazon Servers (unlikely)
2. Netflix have issued a cease and desist order to UnoTelly who're presently responding as seen
3. Netflix have issued a take-down notice to Amazon
4. Netflix and Amazon are now working together to increase geo-blocking efficacy

What is ETF? Google says Exchange Traded Fund.

(Just to save anyone else looking it up, Google says UX means User eXperience)

We didn't really need the click-through integration with Netflix.

The important bit was knowing where to find stuff.

Do any of these services have a watchlist and will notify me when x appears on netflix region y?

While moreflix, netflixible and the ilk are ok, they require you know what is current.  I had a program I'd written at home for a while, where every time I read a magzaine and a movie was mentioned I'd update a watch list and when it appeared on any region of netflix it'd let me know.  This was before NF killed off their API/Application access that a lot of these search services were using, noone seems to offer similar functionality.

Not exactly what you are looking for but the closest I know is http://www.canistream.it/ offers a service to notify you when a movie/tv series appears on a US streaming service or physical disc.

It doesn't search the Global Netflix catalogue but all the major US based video services.

EDIT: corrected link
