Also I noticed that the app has been removed from the NZ apple store. So I guess I will no longer be getting any app updates.

Or change your store region

... which is a pain, especially when you've forgotten you've changed it over and you need to install an NZ only app in a hurry

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

Have any Squeezebox users managed to get Pandora working on their units post 1 Aug?

Our Pandora account is working fine, as we can play music no probs on mobiles, browser etc, and it still even works on the Logitech SmartRadio running Squeezebox firmware (but I'm pretty sure that has it's own login).

But I'm getting a "Pandora doesn't operate in your country" message on both Squeezebox Duets, despite trying everything. I've disabled/reenabled the Pandora plugin in LMS, I've removed the Pandora account from Mysqueezebox.com, deleted the app from the same and reinstalled it; I've uninstalled the app from the Duet controllers and reinstalled it (rebooting the various devices).

I just can't find where I should be able to enter my Pandora credentials for the Squeezebox (I'm assuming it's not just picking it up from mysqueezebox, because if it is mine is set correctly there). Am I not seeing login options in any place due to the plugin thinking I'm not in the US, or is it that it's still got my old (NZ-based) account settings in it?

I guess I should have tried to sort this before 1 Aug, but I'd really like to get it working! (Note: I'm using Getflix, which should be allowing me to access Pandora; that I can get it working on other devices indicates this is the case!).

Thanks for any ideas.

Has anyone found a way to continue to get Pandora in NZ? I'm really missing it and would probably pay for something like Getflix to keep it going. I now have a 'free' sub to Spotify Premium courtesy of a family member but it doesn't work like Pandora (radio 'stations' plus 'add variety' etc) which I loved.

Would appreciate ideas and suggestions.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I've mostly gotten use to Spotify. It's taken a few weeks to train it, but each radio station plays music that I like more and more.

You can probably get Pandora using a VPN or such, but it's a hassle.

I'm still using Pandora daily.

Still works perfectly through DNS4Me on my home network, and via a third party VPN app on my iphone when driving.

Yeah, Pandora's working fine on almost all of our devices (using Getflix).

It's only on the Squeezebox Duets I can't get it working, as per my posts above (which no-one here or on the Squeezebox forum have been able to help me with!).

That said, I'm getting far more from the Spotify-created playlists and 'stations' now - as these have improved so much over the last year or so - so I don't actually use Pandora much.

I am still thankful that pandora is working via my echo dot connected to a UE boom 2.  It's good for background music while i go to sleep.  Spotify is just not the same however I am using spotify for the gym and car now.
