Fanpass in general is ridickulously priced. I don't think it's fair to quote Fanpass prices at just the Spark tie in deal pricing.

Fanpass is now a nut cracking wince level $100 per month for sports, and get this a massive $130 per month if you want to use a chromecast?!, and neither include the popup channels, so Sports 1-4 only.
Mobile deal is good at $16 per month, and from memory there is a kodi plugin for this at 720p.

I used Fanpass early on, it was great. They'd offer weekend deals occasionally too. Then they put the price up to the current eye stabbing rates and then had the balls to say they tried online and no one wanted it. Real head in the sand mentality from Sky in terms of digital innovation.

IF one needs lots of sports then it's going to be costly to run multiple suppliers. If you need one or two, then you can hopefully cherry pick where you get this from and in an ideal world be winning with the costs.

Maybe eye stabbing, to leave the market for quick and dirty subscriptions, rather than remove the option?

I think its $60 for a minimum 6 month term? That's more pallatable. Better than $55 for Sky plus Sport with no recording.

True, the $30 doesn't apply to everyone, but it applies to many, so is a valid part of those considerations. But, I wannat to see all the papers drop first, see where it all settles, as Sky is liable to make a change to compete. And we dont yet know Spark pricing and options
